Suzette- Owner/Principal
The key decision-maker and architect of the company’s long-term vision. Suzi is also in charge of managing key relationships with important parties such as Boards, certain vendors, and regulators. Manages organization’s overall financial health, strategic planning, and accounting operations for all communities. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance, and communicating with all boards to ensure full transparency.
Jodi- Operations Manager
With strong leadership and organizational skills, Jodi ensures the smooth daily operations of all staff, ensures that the admin runs efficiently, oversees all partner relationships, and maintains delivering a high level of service to the boards and residents. With her strong commitment to excellence, she also maintains a highly organized and efficient accounting department. She is known for her inquisitive mindset and dedication to continuous improvement, actively enhancing her technical expertise and expanding her knowledge of emerging technologies, including the new AI.
Veronica is responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple communities and ensuring accurate, transparent handling of association funds. Is the main contact for all board members and provides critical financial analysis to support board leadership.
Accounting Department:
is responsible for overseeing daily community operations and financial reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial standards and are essential for accurate financial data and reporting. Also responsible for keeping the delinquency levels at a minimum and coordinating collections with attorneys.
Veronica- Accounting
Roxanne oversees the portfolio of homeowner associations and serves as the primary liaison between the board of directors, the management company and the vendors. Key tasks include reporting on financials, enforcing association rules, supervising maintenance, facilitating board meetings, and ensuring regulatory compliance as well as reviewing Architectural requests.
