Suzette- Owner/Principal
The key decision-maker and architect of the company’s long-term vision. Suzi is also in charge of managing key relationships with important parties such as Boards, certain vendors, and regulators. Manages organization’s overall financial health, strategic planning, and accounting operations for all communities. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance, and communicating with all boards to ensure full transparency.
Jodi- Operations Manager
With strong leadership and organizational skills, Jodi ensures the smooth daily operations of all staff, ensures that the admin runs efficiently, oversees all partner relationships, and maintains delivering a high level of service to the boards and residents. With her strong commitment to excellence, she also maintains a highly organized and efficient accounting department. She is known for her inquisitive mindset and dedication to continuous improvement, actively enhancing her technical expertise and expanding her knowledge of emerging technologies, including the new AI.
Veronica- Accounting
Veronica is responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple communities and ensuring accurate, transparent handling of association funds. Is the main contact for all board members and provides critical financial analysis to support board leadership.
Accounting Department:
is responsible for overseeing daily community operations and financial reporting. They will ensure compliance with financial standards and are essential for accurate financial data and reporting. Also responsible for keeping the delinquency levels at a minimum and coordinating collections with attorneys.
Roxanne- Lead Community Manager
Roxanne oversees the portfolio of homeowner associations and serves as the primary liaison between the board of directors, the management company and the vendors. Key tasks include reporting on financials, enforcing association rules, supervising maintenance, facilitating board meetings, and ensuring regulatory compliance as well as reviewing Architectural requests.
James– Compliance Officer

Working closely with your Board and following its direction, James will serve as the Board’s eyes throughout the community, identifying concerns with accuracy, consistency, and professionalism. Through routine inspections, clear communication, and friendly follow-up, he will help protect property values and maintain a welcoming community, while providing detailed reports and consistent follow-through with your Community Manager.

Lori- Master Community Manager
With more than a decade of community association management experience, Lori specializes in the management of large Master Associations, bringing expertise in complex community operations, Board relations, strategic planning, and resident services. She is known for collaborative leadership, strong organization, and responsive service, working closely with Boards, committees, vendors, and homeowners to maintain well-managed, financially responsible communities.
JJ- Assistant Community Manager
An experienced community management professional with a strong background in operations, customer service, and office administration, JJ brings valuable expertise to Master Association communities. He is skilled in coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, supporting Boards, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Known for his organization and responsiveness, JJ helps ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for residents and community partners.
Briana– Activities Director/Admin Coordinator
With a strong commitment to professionalism, creativity, and excellence, Briana brings a resident-focused approach to Master Association management. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with homeowners, Boards, and community partners while providing responsive service, supporting community activities, and helping create positive experiences that contribute to a welcoming and connected community.
Joe– Compliance Officer
With more than 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, compliance, and customer service, Joseph brings valuable expertise to Master Association communities. He works closely with residents, Boards, and management teams to support covenant compliance, consistent policy enforcement, and effective conflict resolution. Known for his attention to detail and calm, professional approach, Joe is committed to maintaining community standards while fostering positive resident relationships.
